Shipping Policy

At this time, Natural Kreation Designs LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We ship via USPS or UPS. Each order will receive a tracking number. You can also log into your account (you will need to create an account before purchase) on this site to check order status.


Please view the home page for turn around time information on each item. Turn around time will also be updated in the Facebook group, so make sure to join!


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are providing accurate shipping information when purchasing. Refunds will NOT be given in the event that a customer provides incorrect shipping address info, or for claims of not receiving package when tracking says delivered or delayed. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed to your local post office.


It is highly suggested that you pick USPS Priority shipping or UPS shipping as both of those choices come with insurance and claims are able to be made in the event that a package is lost or damaged. 

Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

No returns/exchange/cancellation unless at sellers fault such as wrong color, item, or design picked from the website listing. Please note this when buying we will not refund, return, cancel or exchange for products you bought. 

If order contains a custom order with a specific design you must select you will email us information. If this is not selected then we will not know to check emails for further instruction. By selecting no to emailing us you are allowing us to have the freedom to complete the order with what we feel will look best based on how we interpret the information provided. Getting the design/color "wrong" because we were not given information will not be a reason to receive a refund or exchange. We must receive all custom order information before we will start your order. Your turn around time will NOT start until we have all information provided for your custom item.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged or defective due to our mistake we will provide a return label. You must mail the items back within 5 business days of receiving the return label. After 5 business days the return label will be voided and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return items to be replaced. We must receive the item back before we will replace the damage or defective item.

Contact via email at within 3 days in order to rectify the situation. Emails regarding defective, damaged, missing or wrong items sent after 3 days of receiving any order will be not be accepted.
